Aquatic clover- This is an aquatic fern which can be grown emersed or submersed. 2-4 leaves. Low light tolerant plant (it will be shorter the more light it gets). Family- Marsileaceae. It is considered a potentially invasive noxious weed and is banned in Connecticut. For more info visit the USDA plant data base for this species HERE.
